Windflower Cakes, located in Hood River, OR, specializes in all-natural, delicious, custom wedding cakes. Made-to-order in an Oregon Dept. of Agriculture licensed facility, I strive to create for each customer a cake of the highest quality to honor their special day with authenticity, elegance, beauty and joy.

Windflower Cakes are crafted entirely from scratch with pure, high-quality ingredients. I proudly use as many organic ingredients as possible including all purpose flour, cane sugar, milk and pastured butter. Eggs are also organic and pastured, raised here in the Hood River valley. Seasonal fruits featured in my desserts are provided by local small farmers and growers. It is my passion to support the producers who use agricultural practices that sustain our earth; and not only is their product quality better, the ingredients taste better!
