Windflower Cakes is a private licensed bakery/studio located in Hood River, OR, specializing in all-natural, delicious, custom wedding cakes. Made to order, I strive to create for each customer a cake of the highest quality to honor their special day with authenticity, elegance, beauty and joy!

Windflower Cakes are made entirely from scratch with pure, all-natural ingredients. I proudly use as many organic ingredients as possible including all purpose flour, cane sugar, milk and pastured butter. Eggs are also organic and pastured, raised here in the Hood River valley. Seasonal fruits which are featured in my desserts are provided by local small farmers and growers. It is my passion to support the producers who use agricultural practices that sustain our earth; and not only is their product quality better, the ingredients taste better!

THANK YOU for the amazing wedding cake! It was absolutely incredible and everybody loved it!!... Our favorite was the definitely vanilla with raspberry... it was beautiful and we’re just so thankful. I also made sure to pop one of those chocolate peanut butter truffles in my mouth before going out dancing and it was absolutely divine. The little bit we got to take home (besides the top tier) was gone before the weekend was over. It was a HIT!!!
